blissful weekend

Should have post his entry by yesterday, but I was attacked with acute gastrointestinal; in layman’s term – diarrhea. Hahahaha!!! Even the grossest thing can be beautiful in science term!

Turned 25 last Friday. The idea of celebrating it didn’t crossed my mind afore that, I was like “yeah.. yeah.. another year went by, no biggie” . Plus I do believe that nobody really want to make it such a big fuss anyway… and how wrong I was…

By Sept 0001hr I should received calls from my closest friends to wish happy birthday, if only I didn’t forgot that I had put my phone in silent mode!! ;p!! My day started with birthday SMSes. Even a friend who shared bad memories with me sent me a wish, and that is at 6.40am!! I also got wishes from mom and dad. Dad even prayed I can get married soon!! That, you have to wait lah abah!! Attended an exam at 9am, and managed to pass it! It’s going to be my day, I told myself.

Later that nite, we had a committee meeting cum dinner at Tupai2. They sang me the birthday song. Hmm.. nice.. and then followed with karaoke session at Yow Chuan Plaza till 3am. Lost my voice.. ahaks! Sleep over at Aida’s home.

Morning come, need to go to work. dannggg!! Aida’s mom prepared nasi with lauk sambal udang.. awesome betul.. punya syiok makan, masuk keje kul 9.30!! Managed to catch a movie later in the afternoon. Oh, yeah.. the apple of my eye wished me Happy Burfday!! ;p

Best part yet to come later that evening >> FUTSAL!!! This is the first time I played Futsal. Tiring, but awesome!! So awesome that we decided to play futsal on fortnight basis. Ahaks! I managed to score a goal for the team.. hahaha..!!

While we were sitting around the Sports Barn to catch our breath, suddenly the girls came in with a cake. I was stunned (poyo). Before that I already saw the cake that another friend bought for me, and I thought that was it. So, 2 cakes, for me..!! A coffee cake and a Secret Recipe’s Choc Banana – both are my favorites. I was touched, really touched. Thanks ladies!! Thanks soooo much! Cut and made a wish on those cakes together with Apes n Apis, whom I share the birthday month with. [& I just realized yesterday, i forgot that Papa's birthday is on 21st Sept!!].

We all went to Syed after that to catch dinner, and just hang out to catch up on things, present, past and about to be. The girls sleep over my house that nite. Reached home at about 2am. Mom still waiting, eager to know the details of that night events. We all sit together with mom, and started to talk and tell. Mak tiba2 garu kepala, there was once when we sit and told mom about boys, make up and such. But tonite we told mom about Futsal!! ahaks!

I was wrong when I think that I’ve been forgotten by the world. Some of my wishes also came true by my celebration of 25 years of living. My dream to own the Chronicles of Narnia made true by Noreen. Aida gave me a ceramic thingy which was written with pray & hope. My wish of being able to forget n forgive him also has been realized. And I'm still waiting for my pink pen with bulu2 from REMIE n POPO!!!

At the age of 25, I am a happy person. *wink*
